Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one night's accommodation is required for a single night stay. A deposit of 50% is required for stays of two nights or longer. Shortening the length of your stay or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit. When given at least 14 day notice of cancellations, we will apply the deposit to a future booking or refund the deposit less a $20 per room processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the stay may result in a loss of your deposit if we are unable to resell the room. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the room rate including tax.
Check In and Check Out Times
Check in time is after 3:00pm. Please call ahead and let us know if you think you will arrive after 7:00pm.
Check out time is 10:00am.
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates
If you would like to purchase a gift certificate for The Nutmeg please call the inn directly.
As of March 2017 we will no longer accept gift certificates or credits issued by the inn's previous owners - this includes any and all gift certificates and credits issued on or before September 25, 2014. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
